They will launch the film live on-stage at VivaTech, Europe’s biggest startup and tech festival on Friday 24th May with Shares CEO and Co-founder Benjamin Chemla.

The hero film sees Venus and Serena reflect on their storied careers and discuss the support they have given each other throughout their journeys to the top of the game. Just as Venus and Serena continue to achieve individual success, they inspire each other along the way, Shares is empowering its users to gain insights from fellow investors to build their own financial futures.

The Shares x Williams Sisters campaign will launch on May 24th across social media, digital channels and an Out of Home campaign in 170 stations across the Paris Metro.

Shares’ mission is to make investing more accessible, inclusive and collaborative. The team, led by CEO Benjamin Chemla, CTO François Ruty and CPO Harjas Singh have created a platform that opens up the world of investing. By adding a unique social layer to the investing experience, users are able to follow other investors inside the app, gaining access to the portfolios and trades of fellow investors. By using these insights, investors at all levels are empowered to make smarter investment decisions.

Benjamin Chemla, CEO and Co-founder of Shares adds “We’re humbled to be joined by Venus and Serena Williams at VivaTech to launch our campaign. As a French company, we’re on a mission to empower as many people across the country to invest.
