Shares, the Paris-based fintech transforming the investment experience, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Cohen as Operations Director. His arrival marks a significant step in Shares’ commitment to deepening its offering for wealth managers.

Since the launch of its wealth management platform, Shares Pro, in November 2024, Shares has seen growing momentum among wealth management professionals looking for more modern, flexible client management tools. 

Jonathan’s appointment reinforces the company’s ambition to become the go-to partner for Wealth Managers seeking scalable and integrated investment solutions. With deep experience in wealthtech operations, Jonathan will focus on strengthening operational delivery across Shares Pro, supporting the next phase of product development.

With over 15 years of experience in the wealth management sector, Jonathan brings a strong track record in fintech product development, platform strategy, and scaling regulated SaaS solutions. He also has deep expertise in financial markets and cross-asset investment solutions, which has been central to his leadership across product and operational roles. 

Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investments at Alpheys, a leading technology platform for wealth managers, now part of the Apicil Group. He previously held key roles at Groupe Crystal, BNP Paribas, Expert & Finance, Exane, and Mitsui & Co.
